1. Welcome to DisplA
DisplA is a social lifestyle platform that helps people meet up through events, communities, and real-time location sharing. By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to use DisplA. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Provide accurate information and update it when it changes.
3. Acceptable use
Don't post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes others' rights. Don't attempt to disrupt the service, scrape data, or impersonate others. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Location sharing
Location sharing is opt-in and tied to the lifecycle of an event or DisplA Me share. You can opt out at any time from the event or share. Location data is deleted 30 days after an event ends. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
5. Content you share
You own what you post. By posting, you grant DisplA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and transmit your content so we can provide the service. You can delete your content at any time.
6. Messaging
Private messages are end-to-end encrypted with AES-GCM. We cannot read their content. Metadata (sender, recipient, timestamp) is retained to operate the service.
7. Communities & events
Community and event creators are responsible for the conduct of their spaces. Members can report abuse in-app; we will review reports and may remove content, suspend members, or archive communities as needed.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will prompt you to re-accept. Continued use after non-material updates means you accept the revised Terms.
